To reduce the fat on your stomach and abdominal area, do cardio exercise and adjust your diet so you eat less fat. A variety of crunches and other ab exercises will build up the muscle, which will be easier to see when you lose the fat.

I also love writing. Red Lobster is my favorite restaurant...cajun chicken pasta, endless shrimp, biscuits...yumm. Moving along.lol I luv spicy food but Buffalo Tenders are my favorite food. Even though I eat healthy..this will never change.lol I'm a house cat and a very laid back person who loves to conversate and give advice.
